We are planning a steel division in our present factory premises.

We would require two sheds of 225 ft length and width about 60 ft. Pillar distance is 25 ft . We are having existing crane which we propose to use in the shed No1- Wheel centre to centre is 58 feet.and it has a capacity of 25 mt max load. No of wheels is 2 on each side. Also in Shed 1 is one 10 mt cap over head crane with same wheel base.

Shed 2 will have one 5 mt crane which is to be purchased or fabricated.

Shed height at the point at which gantry is to placed should be 21ft from floor . Head height about that is 9- 10 ft which ever is suitable.Above that we can add 12 ft for the centre of the truss.
The sheds will joined together length wise.

I hope this information is sufficient to give us an estimate of the cost of your sheds.
