Packing: Packet in fifty (50) kilo bags witch are standard shipping bags suitable for ocean freight and repacked in jumbo bags of 1500 to 2000 kilos each.

Quantity & basis of delivery: 1.000000 METRIC TONNES FOR 2008. Shipments of 12.000 or 25.000 Metric tonnes (+- 5%)

Weight & quality inspection: Bivac veritas at seller's cost shall inspect commodity at the place of loading. Bivac veritas shall issue an inspection certificate of quality and quality for each shipment to certify and the goods are in good condition and begin conform to the specifications herein stated.
Price - $62 MT
Delivery: CIF Africa or Mediterranean Port
Destination Port ( POR Determinar)

Payment: US$ Dollars by fully funded documentary letter of credit, icc 500, irrevocable transferable & divisible, unrestricted, unencumbered, assignable, uncondition, confirmed or issue by world bank acceptable to seller's bank.
