(b) Commitment to supply product from refinery in russia.
(c) Soft pop product certificate that show product available for immediate lifting. 300,000 mt/ diesel gas oil , l0.2-62, gost 305-82
(d) The confirmation letter from the ministry of justice in russia and export license certificate
(e) Commercial invoice.

3. Buyer bank then has to issue to the seller bank the operative payment instrument in the form of mt760 or mt.103/23 (conditional) for the payment of cargo 48-72 hours, after successful verification of (partial pop) document in section 2. The seller then issues 2% (pb) to the buyer in his favour at his bank. Thereafter the seller provides buyer with dta (dip test authorization), tank receipt and sgs inspection certificate.
4. The loading on to the buyer vessel commences while the payment of cargo is released from the payment instrument of the buyer.
5. After the loading, the seller transfers title of ownership to the buyer.
6. Fee is paid in accordance with the agreement in the imfpa
7. Shipment continues as scheduled per contract.
