Proposal for way of working:
Polish with abrasive belts (aluminium oxide) in step with grain size 120, 180, 240
As last step use Nylon brush (Scotch Brite type). Last step very imporant to avoid corrosion
specially when use SS430 quality
- Edges at metal shelves has to be very carefully broken to avoid injuries at customers as well as
damage at lacquered details during assembly
All stainless parts shall be tested according to the test method in EN ISO 8442-2 p 7.1 After 6
hours test no visible corrosion is accepted.
Top surface should be provided with protective foil.
