INTRODUCTION:
Phytase has great value in feed, which can improve phosphorus utilization, decompose anti-nutritional factors, reduce phosphorus content of animal feces and alleviate pollution to the environment.
1. WORKING MECHANISM:
Phosphorus in corn, barley, wheat, soybean meal, bran is mostly phytate phosphorus, which can not be used by animal. Expensive phosphate must be added into feed.
