Dosage and usage

1. According to the paper and wet or dry ratio requirements, the dosage of per ton paper is about 5 50 kg. The slurry PH value in the 6 - 8 is the best result in use..
2. Before usage, the product can be diluted about 10 times. If conditions permit, the PH value of the solution adjusted with NaOH solution to 7 8 that is appropriate.
3. The adding point is generally pulp tank. Do not add with anionic chemicals simultaneously.

Product performance

Neutral polyester AKD sizing agent is one of newly-developed products in our company for the purpose of avoiding defects such as slow ripening, easy to be under machine moisture regain, high cost, ect. Common AKD emulsion using starch as emulsifier, which cause low retention rate, large dosage, slow ripening. Neutral polyester sizing agent adopts a new type of polymer emulsifier that our company developed independently which takes the petroleum resin as main raw material, and is supplemented by other cationic surfactant,. The emulsifier is polymer, high cationic charge density and thus the emulsification has highly efficiency, uniform dispersion, and small particle size. The manufactured AKD sizing agent ripens fast with high efficiency and the dosage can be reduced more than 10% compared with ordinary AKD products.

Usage and attention
1. Gelatinization of starch is diluted to 8%-10%.Compared to starch,add 3%-5% of Aluminum sulfate,3%-5% of surface sizing agent solution.If not used with starch,the dosage compared to coating liquid is 0.5%-1.5% (dry solid content)
2. It can be added to the starch liquid sizing pump inlet by metering pump.In the sizing tank,the agent can play better sizing effect at the temperature of 60-65.
3. In the sizing process,it should be that at least a dryer temperature is above 95. The paper roll have 100% degree of sizing after completed.

A100 neutral polyester sizing agent adopts a new type of polymer emulsifier that our company developed independently which takes the petroleum resin as main raw material, and is supplemented by other cationic surfactant,. The emulsifier is polymer, high cationic charge density and thus the emulsification has highly efficiency, uniform dispersion, and small particle size. The manufactured AKD sizing agent ripens fast with high efficiency and small dosage. General resistance to water penetration under the machine is up to 60 seconds, The dosage of per ton paper that compared with the ordinary AKD products can be reduced more than 15%

Direction
1. Within the PH value range of 6 to 8.5, the product is recommended to use calcium carbonate as the filler, which can replace traditional rosin sizing agent and AKD neutral sizing agent.
2. The added amount of per ton absolute dry pulp is 5-10 kg, Its preferable with metering pump that continuously added into the Mixing tank, high tank or slurry pipeline.
3. Per ton absolute dry pulp adds 200 grams -300 grams of polyacrylamide and the molecular is 6.0 million. The results will be better.
