We offer Soda Ash Substitute HS-310 which is used in dipping dyeing process by Reactive Dyes. To substitute the Soda Ash, trisodium phosphate (TSP), caustic soda. Can reduce the cost of Soda Ash in Dyeing Process. And get leveling dyeing effect.

We offer Non-Formaldehyde Fixing Agent HS-2300.

Properties:

Mainly used in the dyeing or printing of Cotton, Viscose, Wool, Silk fiber which use reactive dyes and so on anionic dyes.

Improving color fastness obviously.

An environmentally friendly non-formaldehyde fixing agent.

Little deterioration to hand touch and wide adaptability to equipment.

Application:

HS-2300 can use directly, but the amount should little. General suggest to use after dilute about 3-6.times.
The suitable amount varies with fabric, dyeing process, shade and fixing method. Suggest use after make a trial.

The suggested application amount for dipping process is 0.1-0.5% O.W.F of HS-2300 for pale and medium shade, 0.3-2% O.W.F of HS-2300 for deep shade, with liquor ratio 1:20-30 at 40-50 for 10-20 minutes.

The suggested application amount for dip-padding process is 2 dips and 2 pads with 20-50g/L of HS-2300.

Directly dissolving in fixing bath, Fabrics can be put in fixing bath in both dry state and wet state. If soaping in tie washing machine, can fixing in the final two baths. Fixing bath can be used continually, and only to add suitable amount.
