SAU-101 PU Primer

I. Descriptions: A single component PU Primer which is used in swearing and closing the base layer in order to enhance the adhesive force between layers.

II. Feature:
SAU-101 is a colorless transparent single compound with low viscosity. Its viscosity is 20~50S (25) and solid content is more than 50%. It is easy to apply. There are two ways of applying, roller coating or spray finishing. The interval time between each application is 12 hours.

III. Package: 15kg (or per customers requirement )

IV. Storage: Keep in a cool storage.

V. Shelf-life: 12 months.

SAU-102 PU Binder
I. Descriptions: It is two compound polyurethane binder which possesses high elasticity. It is suitable for various field tracks and tennis courts.

II. Features:
This PU binder has high viscosity. Its thickness is about 16000-24000Mpa.S. Compound A is a coloring agent which can be customs made in accordance to customer request. Compound B is a colorless transparent solid object.
The mixing ratio is A: B=2:1(by weight)

Please mix A and B according to the aforesaid ratio and mix them thoroughly. The application shall be 13kg /m2 with a thickness of 1mm. The interval time between each application is 24h.

III. Package: A: 30kg/pail B :15kg/pail

IV. Storage: Please store in a cool place.

V. Shelf-Life: 12 months

Silane Siloxane based heavy duty Water repellent
STARSEAL HD is a single component 100% active Silane Siloxane based water repellent, which yields a micro emulsion immediately upon diluting with water.
This micro emulsion provides excellent water repellency when impregnating or priming mineral and even alkaline substrates.
STARSEAL HD is formulated to treat a variety of mineral substrates like architectural concrete, concrete blocks, split face blocks, pavers, stucco, porous and dense brick/clay tiles.
STARSEAL HD provides water repellence within 24 hours of application. The repellency improves considerably after one week of application.
Complies with Federal Specification SS-W-1 10C.

USES & ADVANTAGES:
Does not contain solvent, surfactant and is environmentally compatible.
Provides excellent water repellent and hence reduces freeze-thaw damage, cracking, spelling, chemical degradation and dirt pick up. This increases the life of the substrate and reduces
maintenance cost.
Excellent penetration in all absorbent mineral
building materials.
High alkali resistance.
The pores and capillaries are not sealed and the breath ability is maintained while preventing water absorption.
