Usage

High quality STUCCO is used for the Tuscan architecture sytle .Stone Wash Stucco is representative decorative mortar of Tuscan, is suitable for villa,skycrper,hotel,etc. It's a decorative mortar for both interior & exterior wall.It can do Country Spain and South CA style architecture,by variation of color and wash degree.

Characteristics:

.The classical Santa Barbara effect(smooth and varegation).

.Water permeable-allows moisture to diffuse out of substrate .

.Safe &odourless,both on application and while drying.

.Fire resistance and waterproof.

Packing
25kg/bag25KG can coat 6-10 square meters with about 3.5mm thickness.

Components

special Portland cement,lime,separated aggregate, mineral pigment and special addictives.

Color

Different sand size to match and 84standard colorthe color can match according to the customer's request,except the mineral pigment can not match. (the sand including quartz sand,sand and marble color sand)

Surface preparation

The surface should be free of dirt,dust,grease,oiland weathered material,etc.The surface need to be dry totally . The cracks and holes should be repaired before application.

Stucco mixing

Each bag Stucco25kgadd 4.5-5.5L clean water .Stir them 15-20 minutes by machine.Standing 5 inutes,it can be applied.Use the mixed materials within 1hour.

Application

.Wet the surface by clean water.

. Apply the first STUCCO using a steel trowel

.Use the trowel to apply the first Stone Wash Stucco with smooth surface

.When the STUCCO finish dried 80%-90%,use sponge wash

Application condition

. The wall is totally dry, PH10moisture10%

.Temperature 5 oC.

White Acrylic Wall Putty :

"White Coat" contain ultra fine & graded mineral fillers, biocides & specially formulated adhesive organic, blinder. It gives very good adhesion property which makes it truly advance technique for smooth surfacing

Handling & Storage :

Store in a cool dry place. Protect from extreme climatic conditions such as frost, direct sunlight and rain during storage, in transit and at site "White Coat" bag, if partially used, should be kept airtight.

Environment & Safety :

An environment friendly formulation, as it is both non-toxic and non-flammable. It is hygienic as it dose not pollute the air. Splashes of "White Coat" on skin should be immediately washed with water. If contacted with eyes, wash thoroughly with plenty of water. If irritation persists, obtain medical help.

Salient Features :

"White Coat" comes in a paste form. Hence, there is no need To dilute with water.
Before application of paint it dose not require primer and reduce paint consumptions.
Even and smooth finish against any other surfacing products.
"White Coat" resists fungus growth, and allows Water vapors to escape without causing blistering.
Applicable Interior surfaces :

Cement / Sand Rendering
Concrete / lime / sand rendering
Concrete / Bricks and blocks
Precast concrete surface
Asbestos cement sheet
Plywood / Gypsum plaster boards
(Newly plastered surfaces should be left to dry for 3-4 weeks.)

Preparation & Application :

Before application of "White Coat" remove all loose particles, mould oil and cavities from wall. It should be applied directly on the interior walls / surfaces with putty knife.
Thickness of the coat must not be more than 1mm. Leave 1st coat to dry properly and than apply 2nd coat also of 1mm thickness.
Very smooth surfaces do not require second coat. "White Coat" takes about 3-4 hours to dry before applying 2nd coal. Leave 8 - 10 hours after applying 2nd and final coat.
Then gently rub "0" number sand paper or a fine emery paper in circular movement on it. Remove the dust by clean cloth and apply any paint directly on "Wheat Coat". The stains of "White Coat" can be cleaned with water.
