Procedures:
1. Buyer accepts Suppliers procedure without change.
2. The Buyer receives a Letter of Intent / Purchase Order template addressed to the
Supplier for the Buyer to sign and seal. Buyer cuts and pastes it onto his letterhead.
3. Once the Supplier receives the LOI/ICPO contracts are issued within 24 hours
4. Contracts are to be returned within 24 hours, signed, with highlighted amendments.
5. Supplier issues fully executed contracts
6. The Buyer must be prepared to move forward from this point to close quickly.
7. Buyer, Supplier and Insurance Company engage in a conference call to discuss the
terms of the Surety Performance Bond upon receipt of the contract. Each Surety
Performance Bond is tailored to the Buyers needs and will be issued by a World Class
Insurance Provider.
8. Supplier shall provide Buyer with FULLY ACTIVATED Performance Surety bond for
110% value of the unconditional MT103 for the full spot or full contract term.
