Cooking direction:

1. Add 95-105 ml. of water or milk gradually to the contents of this pack and make a soft daugh.
2. Grease your palms and make jamun balls without a crack on it.
3. Make gently perfact 50 to 52 jamun balls
4. Fry the balls over medium flamein vegetable ghee or desi till golden brown
5. soak the Gulab Jamun for 30 mins on hot sugar syrup.

PREPARETION FOR SUGAR SYRUP:-

Add 650gms of sugar to 700 ml of water and boil over medium flame for 5 min.

Cooking direction:

1. Add 300 ml of water to this mix and makes a suitable mixture for Khaman Dhokla and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
2. Keep athali having oily surface in boiling water. Pour the mixture in to the hot thali and steam it for 15 minutes .
3. Remove for flame 5 minutes later cut the prepared Khaman Dhokala in to small pices.
4. For preapring seasoning (Vaghar) take 40gms (4 tablespoon) of oil and fry it. Add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, green

chilliesasafoetida etc. Add 6 tablespoons of water or buttermilk into hot oil, speared it evenly on Khaman Dhokla.
5. Decorate it with coriander leaves and dry coconutcrips.
