This ready to-use PCR Taq Mix 2X solution includes Taq DNA Polymerase, PCR Buffer, MgCl2, and ultrapure dNTPs at optimized concentrations. Only primers and template DNA are added to prepare the final PCR. The mix is optimized for efficient and reproducible PCR.

This pre-mixed formulation saves time and reduces contamination due to a reduced number of pipetting steps required for PCR set up. This enzyme in the solution adds a single 3'-A overhang to each end of the PCR productwhich can be applied to T/A cloning.

There are two kinds of PCR TaqMix to be selected, with dyestuff or without dyestuff. The presence of two commonly used tracking dyes for DNA gels, Bromophenol blue and Xylene Cyanol FF, gives the PCR TaqMix a green color, allowing direct loading of the PCR reaction product onto agarose gels.

PCR TaqMix can amplify fragment less than 5kb with low GC and also can amplify GC-rich template (more than 80%).
