2. Assist flow storehouse:adopting automatic air blow,which made material form rotational flow, preventing phenomenon of blockage and flow material;

3. Surge bin:two imported phenomenon valve act as upper and lower joint parts,which can ensure the material absolutely sealing,in this case, the material will never flow to weighing bin, thus keep a high accuracy;

4. Weighing bin: the weighing bin is designed for weighing and able to prevent bridge and material impact and also ensure smooth and well-distributed feeding; meanwhile, it is easy to dismantle during cleaning and replacing of some parts and components. The volume of the material bin depends on the feeding capacity.

Cement manufacturing consists of raw material grinding, blending, pre-calcining, clinker burning and cement grinding. In short, limestone and other materials containing calcium, silicon, aluminum and iron oxides are crushed and milled into a raw meal. This raw meal is blended and then heated in the pre-heating system to start the dissociation of calcium carbonate to oxide. The meal goes further into the kiln for heating and reaction between calcium oxide and other elements to form calcium silicates and aluminates at t a temperature up to 1450 centidegree: so called clinker burning. The cyclone system is attached to the rotary kiln by a riser duct. Secondary fuel is fed to the riser duct, the main fuel mixture, coal/petcock, fires the kiln. Reaction products leave the kiln as a nodular material called clinker. The clinker will be interground with gypsum and other materials to cement.

Two used cement plants for sale.

1) One used cement plant producing 2800 MTPD to be purchased on "as is, where is" basis.
The plant includes anything and everything the buyer wants to take, EXCEPT the primary crushing station, the overland conveyor, and the main electrical substation, which are NOT INCLUDED. All existing spare parts, records, documentation is included. The buyer will be responsible for hiring a dismantling contractor. The cost of dismantling will need to be investigated, and will very much depend on what the buyer decides to take and what the will leave behind. An inspection is invited, and we could arrange for local contractor(s) to attend.
2) One used cement plant producing 1000 MTPD.
The plant is located in Europe. No reconditioning is needed. It's been well maintained and they have an extensive stock of spare parts on hand. Depending on the buyer's project and needs, he may want to upgrade the plant for efficiency and/or capacity. For example, in the kiln department, the 800 metric tons per day larger kiln could be modernized by upgrading or replacing the present 2 stage cyclone pre heater to 4 or 5 stage, the satellite coolers could be replaced with a grate cooler. This way the clinker capacity could be increased to 1500 or even 2500 metric tons per day. The crushing and limestone pre blending departments could support this higher production as is, but raw milling and cement grinding capacity would need to be upgraded.

1.Introduction of rotary drying machine:
