With help of hydraulic pressure, rollers are close to each other and hydraulic pressure system plays a role of compensation and protection. In surface of rollers, many same die holes are aligned. Double rollers are installed horizontally. Powder material is continuously and equally fed into the gap between rollers by free dropping. When powder material enters the gripping area, they are extruded between rollers. With rotation of double rollers, material is gradually compressed because of less and less space and max. formation pressure is generated. Then, the pressure gradually decreases and elastic deformation happens, briquettes release from die holes with its own gravity. They are screened to get final products.

Working principle:

Powder material is continuously added into the machine by calibrated feeder set on the top of pelletizer. Functioned by air force and the mechanical force produced by the high-speed turning parts with stirring teeth, powder material is fully touched with adhesion agent (usually water) which is sprayed into the machine, continuously achieving the processes of mixing, pelletizing and compacting. At last the needed ball-shape grains are acquired and pelletizing is achieved.

KBT-6 Roller Grading Sieve mainly consists of Electric Motor, Decreasing Machine, Roller Device, Machine Frame, Sealing Cover, Feed-in & Discharging Material Mouth. Roller Device is installed on Machine Frame aslant, Electric Motor is joined with Roller by coupling, and Driving Roller Device turns around its axes. When material comes into Roller, due to Roller's slanting and turning, the material on sieve surface is made to roll and overturn, making qualified material come out through the sieve net of Roller outer edge and unqualified material out through the sieve net of Roller end.

KBT-40 Reflow machine is mainly used for reflowing & breaking of grains the diameter of which does not meet requirements.

Drier

This equipment is the type of automatic control. Carbon black grains are sent to Material Loading Mouth by conveyor belt. Material Feed-in is controlled by Material Discharger, and it just meets the need of drying. Material comes into Funnel Drier, Oil Burning Hot Blast Stove sends hot wind of 170 degree into Drier, it quickly goes though net hole of Drier Net Plate and is fully touched with material, and it takes the water of material into Duster.
