(4) Seller gives shipping schedule and delivery begins within 7 Days, After receiving STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT ON SELLERS NAME for (100 kg.) All taxes in country of Origin are PAID by seller. All expanses on destination must be paid by the buyer including the Security , Insurance, Transportation from airport to refinery & Travel, room board of sellers representatives AT DESTINATION.
(5) Shipping company or Sellers Rep. travel with the gold dust arrive to BUYER'S REFINERY DESTINATION FREE ZONE Airport then buyer or buyers rep. receive them ( one or two persons) and take them to refinery in secure cargo. The room & board FOR SELLER'S REP'S is responsibility of buyer until the payments of gold dust is made IN FULL by the buyer.
(6) Seller will deliver the gold to buyers selected refinery (COUNTRY) through the assistance of Shipping Company which will be accompanied by Sellers representative and Shippers staff.
