Steel Guard Nanocoat, is an Inorganic, water based Anti-Rust Compound. It conforms to the RoHS Directive and is Non- Evaporative, Non-Inflammable Liquid.

Steel Guard Nanocoat is a unique, ready to use, water based Rust Preventing Compound. It Prevents Rust & Corrosion by acting at a Molecular Level of the steel surface and completely restores it to rust-free condition.

In addition, Steel Guard Nanocoat also increases the bonding strength to the applied material between 100% - 300%, thus giving it an extended strength & life in construction.

It is based on Nano-Technology, wherein one thin layer of 0.2 (Zero) microns acts at a molecular level stopping the formation of Fe2 & Fe3 ions (i.e. Rust). It penetrates into the surface of steel forming Dense Micro Crystals (D.M.C.) between the molecules of Iron within the surface and not above it, retaining the original Properties of the Steel.

Steel Guard Nanocoat is water based rust preventer which makes the applied surface rust & corrosion free. It has a much superior performance and provides much greater life & durability to the metal over other solvent based primers even in high salt based corrosive conditions.

Steel Guard Nanocoat leads to a longer, durable life of expensive machinery & equipment by protecting it from rust, thereby avoiding huge maintenance & replacement cost.

The Bonding & Adhesion strength increases by 100% to 300% after using Steel Guard Nanocoat. It prolongs the life to a multi paint system because of its better bonding, curing, reforming and barrier properties as compared to other conventional primers making it a unique product in its category.

Since Steel Guard Nanocoat is a water based solution, its viscosity is very low (1.035) which leads to a much higher coverage leading to huge reductions in cost. Also since one layer is sufficient, it makes Steel Guard Nanocoatextremely cost effective & economical.
